In order to achieve optimal success from your sponsored property results, Vamoose has provided the editorial guidelines below. These guidelines will ensure that prospective renters receive the most relevant property results during their search, and optimize sponsored properties to increase overall performance.
To maintain your sponsored vacation rental properties on Vamoose, you must adhere to these guidelines.
If only minor changes are required to your sponsored property description to meet our Editorial Guidelines, a Vamoose customer service representative may edit your description for you. Examples of these edits include spelling corrections, and removal of extra spaces or extraneous punctuation.
Grammar, Style & Language:
Use clear and concise language
No repetitive or excessive punctuation(such as multiple exclamation points, periods, and quotation marks)
No excessive capitalization of words (such as "FABULOUS VIEWS" or "RESERVE NOW!")
Use correct spelling and grammatically correct sentences, do not put telephone number in listing.
No offensive or otherwise inappropriate language such as profanity is allowed
Content Claims:
If your sponsored property description contains comparative or subjective phrases such as "Cheapest," "#1," or "Top", verification by a third party must be clearly displayed on your web site.
If your sponsored property description outlines discounts, or offers, it must be accurately displayed on your web site
The following character limits and guidelines are applied to your sponsored property description(s):
Property name cannot exceed 60 characters including spaces
Property description cannot exceed 500 characters including spaces
Property image cannot exceed 250k in weight and will be automatically resized to 100 pixels in width for the thumbnail photo
Website URL for property must accurately link to the relevant property page (i.e. site visitor must be able to see the property on the landing page provided in the URL)
Only one unique property may be listed within a sponsored property (i.e. you cannot have four properties outlined, listed and linked from one sponsored property result)
There may only be one sponsored property listing for each unique property (i.e. you cannot list the same property multiple times across different regions)
Maintain Vamoose Standards:
In general, Vamoose must make decisions about sponsored properties we accept, both from a legal and company values perspective. We reserve the right to exercise editorial discretion when it comes to the sponsored properties accepted on our site. Additionally, sponsored properties not considered acceptable may be removed WITHOUT NOTICE. In the case of disputed content, Vamoose reserves the right to make the final determination of content inclusion.

Be sure to outline any unique features in the description of your vacation rental properties to increase search result relevance
Providing a price range for the vacation rental property greatly improves click-through performance
Listing the vacation property amenities improves search result relevance for potential renters
Your site should use a secure server (https://) when collecting personal information from potential renters
