Also designed by the "Golden Bear" Jack Nicklaus, the Four Seasons Golf Course Punta Mita offers a very unique 175-yard par 3 that runs out to a small island just off shore, with the Pacific Ocean as the water hazard. Punta Mita opened in 1999 and is a semi-private course. Callaway/Big Bertha rental clubs are available at $45 per round (USD). Clubhouse, Pro shop and restaurant are available during limited hours.
Vista Vallarta Tom Weiskopf
Designed by Tom Weiskopf, this 6,993 yard course includes views of the bay, the Sierra Madre Mountains and Puerto Vallarta. This challenging course served as a stop on the EMC World Cup Tournament in 2002. Taylor Made rental clubs are available for $49 per round. Other services include a practice range for $13 per hour and golf lessons for $55 for a 30-minute session. Fees start at $195 for Tee Time and $135 for Twilight. Both prices include a shared cart.
