Amenities include restrooms, a concession for beach rentals and refreshments, and ample parking. Free nature walks along the boardwalk and beach are offered Monday through Saturday from December to May at 9 a.m. departing from the tram stop. Located at 410 Seagate Drive, hours are from 8 a.m. to sundown; parking fee is $8.
For a more intimate day at the beach check out North Gulfshore Boulevard Beach. Revel in the sound of waves crashing on rocks lining the shore and the tranquil beauty of crystal clear waters and snow-white sand. Access to the beach is from a walking path between Seagate and North Gulf Shore Boulevard. County parking is limited to 38 spaces and only available from the end of Seagate Drive, parking fee is $6 and there are no amenities. Located at 81 Seagate Drive, hours are 8 a.m. to sundown.
Marco Island Beaches
Just a short 40-minute drive south of your Bonita Springs rental, discover pristine beaches on an island setting surrounded by sabal palms and exotic water birds.
South Marco Beach is a secluded, one-acre getaway on Swallow Avenue accessed by a short stroll down South Collier Boulevard lined with plush hotels and towering palms. Tigertail Beach encompasses 31 acres for fun in the sun and is one of the more popular beaches in the area due to the vast array of bird species that frequent the shores. Common sightings include falcons, snowy plovers, roseate spoonbills and ospreys. Amenities include beach rentals, sand volleyball court, restrooms, picnic areas with grills, five boardwalks, a playground and butterfly garden. Located on Hernando Drive, hours are daily from sunrise to sunset; parking fee is $8.
