This gambling town is the furthest from your Breckenridge rental and is probably the most family friendly as it has a soapbox races, old west gunfights, theater groups and events for visitors of all ages. There is a calendar of events listed on the website and on weekends there is usually more going on. There are more than 10 casinos in this historic gold mining town. Cripple Creek hosts saloons, slots, poker and blackjack. There is the charm of friendliness in this smaller town.

As an old west town, Cripple Creek has saloons, slots, poker and blackjack. There is something for everyone. If you're looking for a larger casino don't worry, the Double Eagle and Womack's will fill that Vegas-style need.
