Siesta Key Parasailing 

Located on a beach, Siesta Key Parasailing is a nice way to see the aerial views of Siesta Key, the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay. This company offers single, double or triple parasailing flights and photographing opportunities so you can capture your adventure. As it is located on a beach, guests can also spend the day collecting shells, playing beach volleyball or simply relaxing and sunbathing. Parasailing flights are available from dusk to dawn. Reservations are not required.

Myakka River State Park 

With 45 square miles of prairie, wetlands and woodlands, this is one of Florida's oldest and largest parks. The Myakka River flows through the center of the park and is a popular fishing, boating and swimming destination. Further inland is a 35-mile hiking and biking trail, and wildlife observation areas. The park is open daily from dawn to dusk. 

Legacy Golf Club and Serenoa Golf Club

For golfing enthusiasts, Siesta Key has a golf course. Designed by Arnold Palmer, the Legacy Golf Club is an 18-hole public course. It's 7,000 yards in length and has a par of 72. The course also has a putting green and driving range. Tee time reservations are required.

You'll find the Serenoa Golf Club in Sarasota. This golf course also has 18 holes and a par of 72. More than 6,000 yards in length, this golf course is a smaller and less challenging than Legacy. It has a driving range and a small putting green. Tee time reservations are required.
