The merchants of downtown Grand Haven organize special events in the historic downtown area. Scary Business celebrates Halloween with hayrides, costume contests, and pumpkin painting before downtown trick or treating begins on October 30th. Three blocks of Washington Avenue are closed for safe trick or treating for the kids.
